2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between ALTERNATIV' STOCKAGE and any natural or legal person purchasing or renting containers via the website or by direct contact.
3. Products
ALTERNATIV' STOCKAGE offers for sale and rental new or used shipping containers, standard or modified according to customer requirements. The main characteristics are specified in the product descriptions. The photos are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
4. Prices
The prices displayed are in pounds sterling, including all taxes (VAT).
Delivery is free for mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories.
ALTERNATIV' STOCKAGE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order confirmation.
5. Orders
Order deadline: Orders placed after 3pm (Paris time) are processed the following working day.
Processing times: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery areas: Delivery is only available in mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories, with an estimated transit time of between 5 and 10 working days.
6. Payment methods
Payments can be made using the following methods:

🏦 Bank transfer (bank details will be provided when you place your order)
The order is considered final and binding once full payment has been received.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. The customer must ensure that someone authorised to receive the goods is available or present.
ALTERNATIV' STOCKAGE cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to an incorrect address or the absence of the customer.
8. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
8.1 Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
The products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging if possible.

8.2 Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product, non-compliant product or error on our part.
8.3 Exchanges
For an exchange, return the product according to the return procedure. After validation, place a new order for the desired product.
8.4 Refunds
After receipt and inspection, we will inform the customer of the acceptance or refusal of the refund. If accepted, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 14 days.
8.5 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalised or modified at the customer's request.
9. Guarantees
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Any complaints must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by evidence (photos, description).
10. Liability
ALTERNATIV' STOCKAGE cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance of the containers.
In the event of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.), liability is excluded.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected during orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of ALTERNATIV' STOCKAGE or its partners and is protected by intellectual property legislation.
Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
13. Modification of the T&Cs
ALTERNATIV' STOCKAGE reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
14. Disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated. Failing this, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of the place where the company's registered office is located.
