RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay penalties.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging if possible.

2. Return conditions

After your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product or an error on our part, where they will be covered by ALTERNATIV' STOCKAGE.

3. Exchanges

To exchange a product, return it according to the return instructions. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product. No direct exchanges without a new order will be made.

4. Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been accepted or refused.

If accepted, the refund will be made via the same payment method as that used when ordering, within a maximum period of 14 days.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalized, modified or manufactured according to your specifications, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

6. Defective or non-compliant products

If you receive a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us immediately at:

We will arrange the return at our expense and proceed with the replacement or refund.
