 Model A – 35 m² is a modular container designed for year-round use , offering a functional, quick-to-install and easily transportable housing solution. This model consists of two modules assembled together, forming a spacious unit comprising 2 bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen .
 Ideal as an independent studio, second home, temporary accommodation or habitable office , it is delivered turnkey , with all electrical, sanitary and ventilation installations integrated. The whole is fully insulated with 100 mm PIR sandwich panels , guaranteeing excellent thermal performance and reduced heating costs.
 Its modern exterior design combines a RAL 7016 graphite coating with golden oak finishes, for a warm and contemporary look. The interior is bright thanks to large double-glazed windows with matching external blinds.
